MANILA, Philippines — Senate Majority Chief Joel Villanueva has examined optimistic for COVID-19 for the third time, noting that he had been affected by “fever-like signs.”

“Can’t imagine that we obtained COVID-19 for the third time. I began not feeling effectively final Thursday which, initially, I believed was simply due to my knee harm.
