    One of these features is the ‘Swiping Gesture’ that lets you perform tasks with a shortcut. You can archive a mail or snooze just by swiping right or left. As simple as that! The best part is you can personalise several features including the swipe gesture feature of Gmail. So, Gmail settings allow you to customise the left or right option into other options such as delete an email, mark an email as read or unread, or even move an email to a separate folder/tag.     How to customise swipe gestures in Gmail on iPhone

    Step 1: Open your Gmail app on Apple iPhone.

    Step 2: Now, tap the hamburger menu available at the top left corner of the app.

    Step 3: Afterwards, scroll down to the Settings button.

    Step 4: Find the Email Swipe Actions button and click on it.

    Step 5: Here, you will find two wiping gestures. First, tap the Right Swipe option and change the default Archive option. You can change it to Bin, Mark as read/unread, Snooze, Move or none option, according to your choice.

    Step 6: Likewise, go back and now repeat the same process for the Left Swipe option.
