TUGUEGARAO CITY–4 individuals have been rescued at sea after their boat was swamped with water in Cagayan province, the native Coast Guard station stated Tuesday, March 21.
The boat–MB Kiray–was discovered adrift within the waters off Palaui Island in Cagayan’s Santa Ana city on Monday afternoon, based on a report from the Coast Guard District North East Luzon.
Citing the boat crew’s account, the Coast Guard stated the boat was on its strategy to Babuyan Claro when a five-foot-long dolphin by accident hit its starboard bow, inflicting the boat to just about sink.
To maintain the boat afloat, the crew eliminated their cargo and threw this into the water.
